The story of Zipang is basically the same as that of the movie The Final Countdown, only with a few twists. The Japanese AEGIS Destroyer "Mirai" of the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force ... The crew of the JDF Mirai somehow sail back in time to the Battle of Midway. Now they must decide if their duty lies with Japan's past or future.
