In Los Angeles, a fallen soldier who has joined the ranks of the living dead reunites with his best friend in order to deal with the city's drug dealers and killers - a perfect way to collect the blood that one of them so desperately needs. When a soldier dies and awakens as a revenant -- a living corpse that requires human blood to keep from decaying -- he sets out to feast on criminals.
