A young scientist is given powers by an evil organization and brainwashed into their fold. Recovering from the conditioning, he starts battling their previous masters' plans, while they try to eliminate all witnesses of their existence. Abducted by the terrorist organization Shocker, college student Takeshi Hongo regains his conscience after being transformed into a cyborg killer.
