After years of flying fighter planes and 5 years as test pilot, Guy is now, Dec. 4, 1959, on a secret British space capsule orbiting Earth trying to reenter but things start going wrong. Can he, despite cold war, get back to Earth safely? A pilot flying Britain's first manned space mission has a problem with his capsule. But his attempts to get home run him up against Cold War politics.
